Family won’t let me buy anything off of Ebay, but can you buy something with cash instead of a credit card? So it won’t show up on my parents bill? Oh yeah, do you have to have an account to buy/sell something?

Short answer:No
Long answer: You can use paypal to pay with one of a few options, credit card (as you said you didn’t want to), I believe you can send a check in (not sure), and a withdraw from a bank account (again, I’m not sure, but I believe so). There is no real way to “pay in cash” online, but if you’d meet the seller in person, a deal might be able to be worked out.
