How Can I Convince My Parents That Online Shopping Isn’t Bad?

My parents said ” If the product breaks or if its defected then I have to pay the shipping to return it back.”
sometimes you get a better deal online, But when it comes to buying stuff that you really want and local stores don’t have them, its really a pain that i can’t convince my parents to buy online.

    I love buying online! The only downside to online shopping is having to wait to get it.
    I think if the online store is reputable, there’s no worry about safety.
    As for the product being defected, you can contact their customer service and they will work out a solution with you.
    In my experience, I have not gotten anything broken or defective.
    The company makes sure to pack it well so that doesn’t occur.

    and i aways do shop online myself and i don,t have to leave the house.
    Its great i never had to send something back mybe when i do i will have a changed view on it.
