Online Shopping For A Skateboard And I Came Alon A Problem?

i’m buying my sister a new skateboard online from the Skelanimals store. on the details thingy it says “No Grip Tape Or Hardware Included”. wat does that mean?
hopefully it means the wheels are included ^^
i know i’m clueless but please help for my sisters sake?

    it usually means that the bolts and nuts aren’t included and the grip tape is the most important thing on a board
