What’s The Best Foundation For Really Pale Skin?

24 July 2009 109 views 3 Comments

I have really light skin, so light that every foundation I’ve bought from a shop, even in the palest shade, makes me look orange in comparison. I really like my fair skin so I don’t want to tan, but I want to find a foundation that looks good with it.
What brands are there that make lighter shades? And where can I get them?
FYI I live in the UK.
Thanks. (:

I’ve got quite pale skin and i’ve tried a lot of different foundations, most of the very lightest shades are too dark for me, but i’m using that new revlon one which starts off white and matches to your skin tone and its actually quite good.
I don’t know whether you have heard about it but Nicola Roberts from Girls Aloud did a range of make-up for Jelly Pong Pong specifically for pale skin and apparently its had rave reviews and might be worth checking out. I think you can get it from a lot of places but http://www.asos.com stock it too.

If you dont have alot of acne or redness, I would just use a tinted moisterizer! Neutrogena makes a really nice primer/moisturizer that you can buy from walmart! It comes in a tube in three shades light, medium, and dark. I love it in the summer time because it is very lightweight and it is spf!!
